The people who work there are pretty unfriendly. Need better staff. Nervous to take my drivers test there.

After reading some of the other reviews, I was a bit worried to go to the Kirksville DMV, but going there was almost no issue at all. The only complaint is due to Covid-19, since I had to leave my name and phone number for them to call me when I could come in. After that, things were about as quick as renewing a Drivers License could go, and the lady helping me was joyful and conversational.

I’ll never go back. The woman that I spoke to was extremely nasty towards me for no reason. I was perfectly polite and had a simple question. I understand not liking your job but don’t take it out on a complete stranger. Time to retire lady...

Relocating to Missouri and needed to obtain both car registrations and MO drivers license. The lady assigned to assist us was difficult and unhelpful. I think we could have had all of our earthly possessions and documents with us and it wouldnt have been enough, nor did she let us know exactly what we would need. I think she was just not going to undertake the task no matter what. Extremely poor \Director of First Impressions\ for the State of Missouri!

I get they can't do much about the physical space, but holy forking shirtballs -- could you please smile? Say a kind word? Show some empathy for parents that are forced to sit in your crowded establishment with their children for hours only to be told they don't have requisite proof of their mother-in-law's dog's best friend's insurance and to come back later?
