Purchased my third car at Maplewood Lexus this past weekend. The sales rep, Andy Solomonson was a great help and was very patient with me as I did my research. I felt no pressure at all to purchase. Over the years I have had a great experience with this dealership. And probably in a few years I will start my new search there again.

Great experience with Lexus. I’ve purchased a lot of cars in the past across many brands and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had. Liz did a great job to make the process comfortable and ensure we had a great experience and product. Many others worked behind the scenes to support exceptional service and product. Clearly they all are aligned on the goal to give best support to the customer. I’ll be back for a third purchase in the future.
Liz was great! I was looking for a specific car in a specific interior/exterior color, and she was able to coordinate acquiring one for me. I am out of state, and she made sure to keep in contact to update me about the car and get any required documents/info from me ahead of time. Super smooth process at the dealership picking it up. Tchou (hope I’m not butchering the spelling) in the finance department was also super personable and helpful. Love my new Lexus!!
56 for two minutes of labor to change a cabin air filter is exorbitant. And, of course, Lexus parts are overpriced. Secondly, my husband sat in the waiting room for over two hours while the car was left on a lift for “additional” services they deemed necessary. They knew he was waiting, but he wasn’t informed about the issue. He finally went back to the service area himself. He would still be sitting there if he hadn’t. Thirdly, their car washes are extremely poor. We have had to rewash the car ourselves every time we’ve had them do it-in any season in Minnesota. Maybe someday we will learn! They also wouldn’t vacuum inside the car because of Covid concerns. This may be their policy, so I guess we let that go.
Clint and the Lexus team took care of me from the initial phase all the way through to the bow on top of car when picking up. Definitely would recommend their dealership and ask for Clint! Thanks! Apparently there was a negative review written back 3 weeks ago while my account was compromised.
