I've given this place 4 stars. It's the all day breakfast that lets it down really. Apart from that the staff are pleasant enough. Had my own on-suite room and butler... Who would come with tea and newspapers. Room was nice, the minimalistic idea was a nice touch. It was secure and safe... Quadruple glazing and security door. Ideal place for winding down after a hard day. I'd definitely come back.

The people working should really be nicer to the people visiting, they are dealing with enough with their loved one being in jail and no-one knows what that's like until you've experienced it and it would be nice to be able to visit your loved one without being treated badly too. :(

Was recently incarcerated at this lovely facility. I have bone cancer, so they kept me in medical unit . So I could have my one mat and sleep on the floor . Went in front of the judge he gave me time served ,but with the wonderful officers being understaffed and over worked it took a extra 4 days to get released . Yes it's supposed to be punishment . But with that so called food they serve you it's more of a cruel and unusual punishment .before you people start defending them go try a meal there first.
