Lively with a good variety of food, outdoor and indoor seating is available. Staff are friendly, quality and value for money is decent, However, can get pricey quickly with add ons. Has a range of local cuisines/foods (Both French and Nantes). Would recommend a visit.

Overall amazing steak and dessert (although the rare steak came out almost the same as medium). Great atmosphere, style and decor with a really fascinating history!! Service was fine but nothing special. This restaurant has a really good choice of drinks too. Definitely One of the best restaurants in Nantes!

We really enjoyed this restaurant, the food was not bad but the atmosphere was fantastic. Very elegant place. Can't believe it was actually a prison.

It is middle range tavern with very interesting design , good enough service and good but no more range food. Instead medium antrecot i receive well donn and \medium\ ribs were almost rare. Burger was good but with too much souce that depressed taste of meat . Green apple sorbet was changed by lime sorbet. I receive a bill before asking for him .
