This place is not recomendable for you and your family, much less if you have a pet, they will try to make you pay the pet deposit more than once, maintenance crew don’t take care of any work orders unless they consider it an emergency, the new parking policy is a joke now Your Visitors wIll have to pay a 4 fee, the neighborhood always has crackheads just walking around. Bad place, bad management do not move here!!
Have been here 90days now and so far the office staff has been great , very prompt on fixing things and spraying for bugs . When I moved in I had a small issue with bugs but now they're gone . The apartments in a whole could use some attention though the look is not very nice looking for what I pay . I also hate the grounds always so much tash . They have a guy that is supposed to pick it up but he picks and chooses when he does , so me and my kids often pick up by our building just so it won't look so nasty outside when ppl walk up. They also are about to implement making visitors pay to park 4.33 a day and in visitors. Don't mind a section for them but having to pay I think is Ludacris. These apartments are subpar at best . I could see if this was downtown Dallas but its not . But other than that these are okay
