Level Best Foundation Repair did a foundation leveling for a 4-pex in Austin in 2010. Couple years later there was a foundation issue again. The property management company called them and they honored their warranty without any issues, scheduled and completed the repair free of any charges. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Darrel came out on time and assessed the foundation. He gave me info and advice and even told me how to improve drainage.
Very bad communication! It took us entirely a week to just get a response if the work of the foundation could be covered by the company. They can barely keep their promises when they said they would call you back or send you any documents through emails. Inspector B. said he would send me an assessment report along with other details, but never made it. Never return my calls or text. After knowing they voided our warranty because our house doesn’t have a gutter system, I asked for an estimated repair cost many times, and they never ever get it back to me. It’s just very frustrating... they have a very bad reputation in the industry, which I learned from an inspector from another foundation company, which is very professional to me. Anyway, not recommend this company. If you want a company that is responsible for your house and their work, look for other companies!!!
Darrel did an inspection for a client of mine during the option period and with very little notice. He was very thorough and had actually postponed a personal commitment in order to get it done for us on that particular day. I felt very confident that his years of experience and knowledge provided the reassurance that my clients needed to complete the purchase of the home. I would definitely recommend Darrel and Level Best for future inspections.
