I've rented several times from United and have always had a great experience. Their staff have been consistently knowledgeable and helpful. For example, on one occasion I had an issue with a generator I was using on an out-of-town job and it was causing a delay in getting back to return the tools. Their maintenance staff were able to guide me on the phone and help me make the repair myself. Then when I returned the tools half a day late, they didn't charge me for the extra time and actually took the cost of the generator off my bill. I will definitely be renting from United again.

225.00 to deliver a lift 4 blocks away! The general manager, Peter was arrogant and unapproachable regarding pricing. He didn't seem to care that the same lift rental was less than half the price. Renter beware..... a verbally quoted price over the phone means NOTHING to this man. Rent elsewhere if at all possible.
