I needed to transfer my medical records to my chief and these guys said they had it, but then lose the letter. What a complete joke of a facility.
This is a Military Medical Center. We always have Great Service's.

I wish I could rate this .5 star.. I come to pick up my prescription, but I end up waiting for about 1 hr 30 mins just to be told I cant be helped.. I called prior and they told me to come in. People just don’t know how to do their job. And if I miss a appointment of mine I get in trouble? Y’all are hilarious! Just wasted my time.
