Leiden franchise's ordering system is having problems. I ordered twice under my company and the confirmation email was both blank and the orders were both without the free burger they promised.
There was two pieces missing from my chili cheese nuggets and one from my cream cheese jalapeños order, but they not only sent a full order of each of those, but also two small ice creams as an apology. Good service!!
Top burgers!!! We occasionally order here when we don’t want to cook ourselves. Usually good experiences crispy fries and real good burgers. We once had a delivery issue but this was resolved in a good manner afterwards! Totally recommend them!
Over an hour waiting and the food is not here. And expect to pay extra just for calling to complain, as they have one of those premium numbers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
