Very friendly local people - very customer unfriendly payment terms (\u003e30 days in advance) and computer system (to make a year contract in the system seems to be difficult). I rent now for more than ten years and commit and pay for one year in advance. During those years the system locked me out a couple of times (typically on 1-1).
