Extremely happy with the professionalism right the way through. From the non pushy sales person all the the way through to the installation team. The quality of the bi fold doors I had fitted in my extension is fantastic. I was let down by other companies twice. Midland Bi-Folds stuck to everything they promised. Thank you so much. We love the new doors and will certainly be coming back when we change our windows in the near future.

We have used the team previously for our home, so we got a quote for our new build property. Bi folds, windows and doors all supplied and fitted. Quote was in point with everything we needed and no hidden costs! The office team was very helpful from the first instance, they were able to research into new glass technology and laminate to meet the u values proposed by our architect. The team came out to ensure correct measurements before the final order and suggested good changes only experienced professionals would be able to spot. On the days of fitting everything ran smoothly and the fitters arrived on time, they where clean and did not leave mess. Fitters where friendly and completed the job in the allocated time, in time for Christmas 2018! Post fitting everything is working as it should. Minor adjustments needed to be made to the doors months after and the team where out quickly to adjust. More than a year down the line we still recommended LWS to everyone we know and those who has used the company to supply and/or fit have come back with positive feedback! Great team of professionals, highly recommended.
My company Blackwood Construction Ltd has been using Midland Bi-Folds now for a number of years there are good reasons this... as a building contractor i need a good supplier with a quality product, turn up when they say they are going to, offer a very professional installation with good workman ship and a reliable no quibble after sales service. Midland Bi-Folds offer all of the above along with competitive prices, which gives me the confidence to recommend them to others.
We have now had 2 separate dealings with Rhys and the team. A few years ago for bi-fold doors on an extension, and now a new front door. Very happy with the high quality and level of service both times. We found the pricing to be competitive, and if for the same quality product you can find a cheaper quote, they will review and price accordingly, and yet still deliver the great service.
Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with this company. We had an online quote from Mandeep, initially and then decided to go and take a look at the actual doors in the showroom. Rhys initially was very helpful. We explained that we had already had an online quote but he offered to do a further quote, which would detail various options including both supply only of the doors and supply & fit. When we eventually received this, it only detailed supply & fit. It was an increase of approximately 1500 compared to our original quote. We requested the actual cost of fitting, we were advised 500 plus VAT. So we then requested what the additional 900 was for. To be told that would be for the extra service that we would receive when the doors were being fitted. We asked for a breakdown of that cost, which they wouldn't or couldn't provide. Both Rhys & Mandeep became very difficult to get hold of and were always in meetings. It is evident that the first quote we received was incorrect but instead of either saying they'd made a mistake or indeed honouring the quote, they have been deliberately misleading with the subsequent information provided to us. We were offered a discount of 100 as a gesture of good will but it was a case of too little too late. It is a shame because we were really very impressed with the company and the people we dealt with but now feel there is an element of dishonesty and that is something that we are unable to tolerate. We have gone with another company, with a quote to match the second quote from Midland Bi-Folds so no saving to us but we do feel we can trust them.
