“I purchased a stock grey door which in arrival was not has expected/ordered however after contacting the commercial manager at Doors4Security they advised I contacted a local powder coater who completed the work which Doors4Security picked up the cost. I was very pleased with this outcome and it shows the real customer care to be expected from a leading UK stockist”. “It must be advised that stock colours may not always be your required choice and stating a RAL number on order will avoid the issue’s I encountered”. “The quality of the built door is excellent and my building will be better secured because of this.”

Great customer service and very helpful throughout the ordering process. Also called a couple of times with technical questions which they were able to assist with. Door doesn't come with fitting instructions and the website /videos doesn't cover everything off; however it didn't prove too difficult to work out which part went where. The door is exceptional quality at a great price. Be warned I purchased the heavy duty door and it is heavy and needs to be fitted by two people.

Excellent service, I'm a reasonably competent DIYer, and installed the door myself, I picked it all up and while there one of the staff spent time explaining how to fit it and made sure I understood. He made sure I had the correct handles and was very patient. I will definitely be using them again if I need another door

A well made Door impressed with adjustable frame fittings , the customer was delighted with the finished job. I would have thought however considering the Carriage Charge that it would have been a two man delivery ,the driver was only able to drag it onto the pavement out side the Office due to its weight
