Cheap imported hardware, system has never worked correctly service is appalling actually hired another company to rectify and replace majority of the install. Con artists once money is handed over they will not get back to you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE BE WARNED

Extremely disappointing. Expensive but inferior camera and DVR products. The owner and his staff had very limited knowledge of the DVR unit they sold me. Never has worked properly. The camera's were constantly switching themselves off. The engineer made countless number of trips to my house to try and rectify the issues. I had to wait several days for an engineer to become available and because they never answer their phone I always had to make a trip to the shop to report any issues I was having. A year after the system was installed one camera has stopped working altogether. I'm now expecting the other three to follow suit. Such a waste of money and time. I will not recommend this shop to my worse enemy. Avoid them like a plague not unless you don't mind the inconvenience and headache they will put you through.

THIRD class company run by THIRD class, people. PURE INDIAN cowboys. Selling expensive rubbish. Do not want to know when problems arise. They have a sales rep called Mohammed, absolute waste of space. Do NOT waste your money with them. Will sell you all the old technology.

Globeteck's website is very straight forward and easy to use. The prices and quality are outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a CCTV kit which is what I got.

Professional, efficient, excellent service and great value! I had initially thought about getting an alarm and CCTV system from the internet and doing a \DIY\ - am so glad I didn't!!! Globeteck took the time to assess my premises, talk me through the options and propose a system that met my requirements at a competitive price. Highly recomended.
