Needed custom embroidery and a patch sewed on as a rush order as I was flying out of state. Originally was told 5 days which is completely reasonable; owner finished my project 3 days later allowing me to demo everything before I flew out. Excellent customer service in a weird off hallway location.

While I was a staff for recent concert in Anchorage, I received my staff shirt manufactured by them, and their quality was great. The fabric material felt good, and the logo on the shirt was printed cleanly. I enjoyed wearing their shirt.
I sent over 2 images for them to make print stickers for a podium. The quality of stickers were great. They aso suggested me of other options to change around the design a bit and it looked great and I had a successful event.

Had a rob that needed personal embroidery. That was a Christmas gift. I went the Friday evening about 5:30pm and explained to the owner and her daughter that I was unable to return on Saturday and Christmas was the Sunday. The customer service was excellent and the owner went above and beyond and did it for me the same evening. Thank you Lee's for you service.
Lee's is my only source. Customer service and the results are top notch . My son's and I have all of our moto and snowmachine gear done at Lee's.
Im Aaron Morris owner of morris auto detail, I have been using this place for almost 3 years now and the owner has terrible customer service and the only reason i didnt switch is so i didnt have to pay for another start up to design my logo into embroidery form. So this is the third time my embroidery has been completed and had nobody called me to let me know because they stated they were "TOO BUSY" to call! and its been 3 weeks! I will never use this place again or will i ever recommend this place to anybody!
