Haven't been to this place for many years, infact the last time I was here? My children was around 10 & 12. Now they're grown up with kids of there own. Can honestly say we've had a great few hours.

Very muddy, make sure you wear appropriate clothing. But a lovely morning was had. Kids loved it
Beautiful park with great trails. Definitely need wellies in the winter months and can be very slippery.
Loved it. Obviously wet as it is October and raining lots. But still nice walks, found the nearby canal walk. Only thing to criticise is lack of bins, but also dog poo bins at least at the main car park. Would go here again especially in drier weather.
Took our dog for his first proper walk here, nice and quiet! Currently, the public toilets aren't in use due to coronavirus. If you go anticlockwise around, there is a couple sets of stairs to go up and around. Going the other way you'll hit a waterfall with stepping stones to loop around.
