We had a big spike in our electric heating bills and had another company diagnose a heat pump problem and recommend a solution. We called Lee Air to give us a second opinion. Lee Air responded promptly, sent someone out the next day who found the root cause, which the first company had completely missed and which required a much smaller repair. Needless to say, Lee Air gained our confidence. They scheduled the repair for the next business day. Our experience is that they are fully competent, pleasant to deal with and have fair prices. Now I know why our cross-the-street neighbor has used Lee Air for years.
