Today, the 8th of January, around 6PM, I came to ask this bikeshop to cut my fork steerer tube and my seatpost. There was a bikemechanic who looked like he would help me but then the woman in the store asked me where I bought the bike, I (16 years old) told her that I was building a bike myself and bought it online. She then became super rude telling me that I was leaving all the dirty work for them and other things in a very rude manner. This service would take someone maximum 5 minutes. (But I don’t have the right tools) I was prepared to pay some money to let a professional do it and It wouldn’t have been a big deal if she kindly rejected service, but this woman was really unfriendly. Will never come here again and neither will my father who was a regular costumer.
