No problem with the dentist, very friendly. However, the whole experience has been marred by the 'manager' who seems to spend his time answering the phones. The gentleman in question is extremely obnoxious, unhelpful and rude and we are amazed that someone can have such an attitude towards paying customers and be allowed to work in this kind of environment. Call me old fashioned, but when I am accidentally charged twice for my treatment I expect an apology and an immediate refund of the overpaid amount, not to be rudely told that if I want my money back (which I need for my weekly shopping) then I must return to the practice as refunds can apparently only be done in person, even though one of the payments was taken in advance over the phone. I explained that this entails travelling on public transport 30 minutes each way, in a national lockdown, however the 'manager' showed no regard for my safety or the safety of others and hung up the phone. Without doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the last thing you need when suffering with dental issues.. Will not be using again !

Recently started my Clear Correct Orthodontic work with Dr Al-Ani and I am very pleased with how everything is going. The dentist is double checking everything and I should be getting my clear trays soon. The nurses are so polite and understanding of dental concerns which makes me feel right at home. The receptionists are always very busy working, but always have the time to chat and see how I’m doing as well as other patients that are waiting to make appointments as well. I’m so excited to get my treatment finish and get my dream smile!!!!!!

Hi. Very friendly and efficient dentist. I have been going for years with no problems. They are always professional on time and do a good job. No complaints.

Considering everything that's been going on in the last months, I am happy to have been kept informed at every step of the way with my appointments being reshduled. I'll like to thank the gentle man who took his time to explain reasons why I couldn't be seen. Not a time to tear ourselves down bit to support each other

The practice manager, who was standing in as the 'receptionist', severely needs retraining in customer relations. I am 74 and very stressed out at the moment with a burglary at home earlier this week (with considerable damage caused and all my late wife's jewelry stolen). My root canal filling started at 12 noon and Sally, the dentist, did a great (and painless) job and even finished slightly early as I said I had an emergency appointment booked for 1pm to have my house made secure. We even had enough time for her to book me in for my next visit. No such courtesy, or understanding, from the 'receptionist' on the way out, who insisted he had go through all my records and also to pay at the desk in advance for my next visit. I repeatedly asked politely that I had to go as it was an emergency and could we discuss later on the telephone (and take an advance payment on the phone as they had done before for my current visit), or even come back in later. He ignored all my requests that I needed to be let out urgently. I eventually (unwisely perhaps) lost my rag and swore (not at him) but in utter frustration to which he took deliberate offence. He shut me in for almost 10 minutes and his parting shot was to say that he would note my 'offensive behavior' in the practice records. I only make this complaint as I like and trust my dentist and want her to complete my course of treatment and trust there will be no need in the future to complain about his attitude.
