I switch my child from a CHOA primary care to this clinic and I cannot compare the care and treatment. The staff is wonderful. The doctors have been absolutely great. Best decision ever. The doctors really go above and beyond for their patients. It's so easy to get an appointment or same day visit. They always answer all my questions and treat my family with respect. The waiting period is very short from the time we sign in to the nurse and doctor visit.

My 3 children became patients of Dr. B a few months ago.... she is the best! very professional, welcoming and friendly. My children love coming to their doctors visits becuz of her. Her nurse is also a pleasure. I recommend Dr. B to any one looking for a excellent pediatrician in the Lawrenceville area.

Dr. Lin is great, very informative, listens to any concerns and addresses them immediately. Very thankful to have found an office in the "South" that is this great!! BTW the staff is awesome as well thank you ladies for always having a smile on your face no matter which patient/parent you are dealing with. You are all appreciated and make our day better when we come in. The Banks Family ;-)

I love this office and my children's pediatrician Dr. James Lin. He's been my children's doctor since we moved here 8 yrs ago. He's very thorough and he speaks with my children on more than just medical, their wellbeing, grades, being responsible. Awesome job Dr. Lin!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I made an appointment for my son for a cold he had been dealing with for 7 days. It was set for 2 pm because I had to be back at work at 5 pm I arrived at 1:40 pm. At check in no one was paying attention and we had to call out someone to get us checked in. Finally after I got checked in it took them 1 hour to call us back to the front dest and request a co-pay. Seemed strange to me because our insurance covers EVERYTHING, but none the less I paid and I was asked to sit down and this whole time my son was coughing and sneezing and I noticed that people that were coming in after I had already checked in were being called to the back and leaving before we had even been seen. FINALLY at 3:40 they called us to the back, they put us in a room and left us sitting there for another hour. from the room I could hear the doctor complaining to the nurse that he was to have gone home at 5 and that with the sick patient he had left it would take him long enough to leave late and not make it to dinner. I was furious but needed someone to tell me what would be good for my sons cough and head ached he complained about so much. At around 5:10 the doctor comes in the room asks my 7 year old questions about his symptoms and then leaves the room the nurse comes back and says that my son was having what is called "fake flue like symptoms," and that with soup and warm water he would get better. As furious as I was I left, took my son to urgent care and was told my son had Strep and a Flu virus they sent us home with 10 day prescriptions and instructions on how to help him get better faster. we were at the urgent care clinic for a total of 1 hour. I will never return to this doctors office. their exam rooms are filthy and the staff including the doctors are not interested in their patients.

Would not trust my kids with any other practice! Dr. Baudean and her nurse Shaneque are truly top notch! I trust them with my children's care and know that they are truly concerned about their health and well being. I highly recommend this practice!

I have been taking my son here since he was born with very few issues. However, after he turned 2, we ran into issues with his immunization records. His preschool was about to kick him out since it wasn't up to date. I figured that was an easy fix since I knew he was current on all of his shots. It took multiple calls and visits for them to try to figure out what was wrong. All they said was that the 2nd Hep A vaccine was showing up as "invalid" which in turn would not allow them to update the expiration date of the record. I had to call the State of GA Health Department to figure out that the office did not pay attention to the schedule and gave my son his 2nd Hep A shot about 2 weeks too early and the only way for me to resolve this matter was either to get him vaccinated AGAIN or take it to court. I was assured that the Hep A vaccine is safe and just as common as a flu shot by the State and a nurse from my insurance company, but with all the controversy surrounding immunizations these days, I am EXTREMELY upset that closer attention was not paid to my child. My son will not be back for future care at Lawrenceville Pediatrics.
