By far the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with attorneys. This guy told me everything I wanted to hear, once he got my money, he would never respond to my emails, never return my phone calls. I would have meeting set up with him and 15 mins before our scheduled time his assistant would call and cancel knowing I lived an hour away. That happened 3 times. In court he was a joke, he let the defense attorney interrupt him and not say anything! Lied to me so many times, telling me he sent me emails. Argued with me in front of the judges appointed mediator, about emails he never sent me, came completely unprepared to that with no evidence I had given him. Wanted me to just agree to give up more time with my child when the whole reason I hired him was to get more time. Day before my last court date I got a email saying he would call me to go over everything, never got a call. Came to court completely unprepared. (This was a child custody case.) I had to fire him in front of the judge because he brought nothing with him. If you want to spend a lot of money because he is not cheap for someone who lies to you, comes to court unprepared and argues with you he’s the guy for you!

Thomas \Tony\ Maynard is about as one of the finest criminal defense attorneys as I have seen. Not only is he easy to talk to, but he actually listens to your concerns and comes up with a strategy to work toward the best defense and outcome for his client. I would be in a heck of a bad place if it were not for him. He knows the law and communicates it well. You cannot go wrong with this guy in your corner. Things happen. This guy cares and knows how to help. If you don't believe my review, call and talk to him. I hired him over the phone and had a good feeling. My intuition was right. He was everything I thought and more. Seriously guys......get someone who cares.
