Prime location land next to the bicycle path heading to Ile Perry. It serves as leaves or snow disposal area for Laval but could be landscaped to have nice resting area by the water with benches, flowers, and ice cream stand. Where do our taxes go?
Passage piétonnier parfait peu importe le temps... Même à moin trente, ça devient un parfait défi nature... J'y ai fini l'année... Relaxe... Hahaha
Espace inutilisé, à l'exception d'un banc et d'une pancarte avec une carte obsolète du réseau cyclable de Laval, ainsi que d'un petit tronçon de la Route Verte 1
