Dirty and like almost everywhere in France, you have to pay first, before you can put gas in your car. Everywhere else in Europe everyone else pays the gas, only the french are scared of you driving away without paying. This is quite annoying. The toilets were dirty and stinky also like almost on any other gas station in french. It almost seem like french don't care very much about hygiene?
This place lacks basic hygiene. Don't come here unless you are very hungry

Stopping at the Leo Resto Manzat rest stop and restaurant was the worst decision I have made in awhile. Hunger would have been more enjoyable than the ‘meal’ I had. If I understand it correctly, Casino, the low cost grocery store chain, operates this rest stop. The sign from the highway implied that it was an Italian style restaurant. If you served any of this food to an Italian, they would slap you and their grandmother would shame you for producing such poor food. From the barely cooked chicken sitting in water with slimy, uncooked skin hanging on, to the chunks of pumpkin with skin still on, suffocated in some unidentifiable ‘cheese’ sauce, this meal was a disaster! And expensive on top of it all! My stomach is so upset with me, it has decided to clamp down into a tight ball, to remind me for the next 3.5 hours what a poor choice I made! I have lived in France for 2 years now, and this is the worst meal I have ever had in France, and possibly my whole life! Even the gas station was 30centimes higher than other rest stops. STAY CLEAR, you have been warned!!!!
