I would highly recommend this place to friends and family!! They were absolutely wonderful and were able to get us a new car that is in our price range!! We worked with Zach Erhardt and he was amazing!!! For someone only working there for a month he definitely knew what he was doing and really helped us out in getting us the car we desired!!! Also Tim in the financing department was amazing as well he tried his hardest to get us the best deal he possibly could and we really did appreciate that and was speechless by the deal he was able to make with us!!! We have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership, they are amazing. It’s a fun enthusiastic atmosphere that makes car buying enjoyable. Kaitlyn was very nice and not pushy like a typical salesperson ( even though she’s not a very good hostess) just kidding she was great. Paul in finance ran out to catch us before we left due to finding a lower interest rate that is unheard of in this kind of business great job everyone there! This is not the old nasty dealership it used to be it is very enjoyable now!

Went in to get my passenger airbag fixed due to a safety recall. When I left, I noticed about 20-30 mins into the drive that my aftermarket gps was not picking up satellites for GPS. Normally this only takes 15-20 seconds, but yet 20-30 mins had passed and nothing. Not even one connected satelite (picture below). I gave the shop a ring and the fella who answered the phone said they never remove or touch the head unit for passenger air bags as they go through the glove box and remove the panel. Mind you, not only did I use this said gps to get to the location to drop off my car, and had no issues, but For them to remove the panel they would have to remove the head unit as my head unit overlaps and traps the panel they said they removed?! When I pulled up at my house, after 40 mins of driving and not securing a satellite, the question hit me. What else has issues? If they went through my glove box, maybe they never reconnected my inverter In the glove box that’s directly connected to the battery....... What do you know? Not only was it not reconnected, it was never disconnected correctly. Instead of twisting loose the screws, these fools just yanked the glove box and ripped the wires out of the terminals. Not only that, I drove with 4 AWG \\- merely mms away from each other for 40 mins? I’m not electrical engineer, but I do know that is a big no no. Easy way to fry my oddsseys battery’s and dual battery set up. The jokers need to pay attention. Their lack of attention could cause someone serious damages. Whether the wires spark and start a fire, or just fry my battery’s... it would have been me bent over the table for your mistakes. Michael Surely, I would love to chat with you more on this! This is ridiculous! Customer comes in to fix one safety issue but sent home with another? Caused by the techs themselves?!
