Quality Service is proven when your needs are anticipated! Working with Angela has always been a positive experience. She makes notes, and she listens. I arrived for my appointment about 15 minutes early which was prior to opening time. Yet, noticing my presence Angela got started promptly and checked in my car quickly. She kept me informed throughout the day with text messages and even a voice call. My loaner was a really new vehicle and that process was seamless. Finally, the most impressive part of this experience was that when I arrived this morning to pick up my vehicle Angela had it sitting in the bay and ready to go.
