Super cheap replacement screen... Decent service and pretty quick turnaround but the quality of the screen is very poor. It is not even close to original quality. It looks like there is a light brown filter o we the screen. Some colors barely look like the correct color, reds almost look orange. Screen also has ‘hot spots’ don’t match brightness or color. If you can, get an OEM replacement. I wish i spent the extra cash. Edit: went back and got screen replaced again as it was flickering black, pretty sure they used the same screen as there was an identical hot spot. Screen cracked less than a week later due to a 12 inch drop onto a flat surface while in otter box case. Edit 2: Random spots on the screen are going black, screen is cracking more or unknown reason after light use. I wish there was less than one star, this thing is junk.

Amazing! This is the second time bringing my phone to Alex to work miracles. Once again I was in complete dispair about possibly losing all data on my phone! My phone had a 50/50 chance of turning on and backing up, and after a week of time and energy put into my phone, not to mention the fact that Alex went so far above expectations as to LEND me a phone for a week we were able to save my phone!! I am so beyond happy and pleased with the customer service provided!!!! Thank you a million times over!!!! This is the best place to take your phone! Very reliable, helpful, and efficient!

Very courteous, efficient service at a great price. Cracked my iPhone 6 screen and I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes. I will definitely come back here if I cracked my screen again. Highly recommended and great customer service.

I dropped an Apple Watch off at the store on Friday that needed to be updated. They said they would give me an update on Saturday on what they could do. I have not heard from them since and called several(about 10) times to no response. It’s wednesday and I have went by the store they aren’t their either. I do NOT recommend this place.

Great experience!! I brought my son’s iPhone 5c (no cracks but blurry lines and barley turned on) in and we thought it was a lost cause...but as soon as I showed the employee the phone, he quickly told me the problem and took care of it within 20 mins!! We were so excited!! So glad since we did NOT want to purchase a new phone because they are so expensive. Low price for the repair compared to buying a new iPhone for sure!! I HIGHLY recommended this place
