I'm so in love with this place, it's silly. Super safe with COVID precautions, the staff was amazing with my 5 month old. None of the throwing your baby in the deep end like you see on YouTube, this is definitely geared towards making everyone comfortable in the water. The instructor let us know everyone under 1 cries the first couple of lessons, and she was right, but it's nice to know they already expect that and so do the other parents that are there! Also, you get a ribbon at the end of the lesson, which is know is more for me than the 5 month old but I just can't get over it.

Instructors are nice, my kids are able to make a lot of progress. Very easy to schedule makeup lessons. Manager and all the front desk staff are super friendly,and very patient to answer all my questions. We have been here for one and half years now.
