Recently my daughter brought a bunch of friends to the family swim at the International High School location to celebrate her birthday. The lifeguards and staff were all so helpful and enthusiastic from the first phone call. They moved the lane dividers around so her crowd was separated from the rest of the swimmers, they lent my daughter a waterproof speaker so she could play songs from her iPhone, they provided floaties and beach balls and even suggested my daughter be the first to jump in so everyone could sing happy birthday. It was a great hour all around.Thank you!!

Mia G. Mom here giving my thoughts on the swim instruction program. Love Camp Olympia. This is my daughter's second round with them. She is really gaining great technique for swimming. Rhonda is her teacher and she is amazing. Takes the time to explain what they're doing incorrectly and demonstrates for the children the correct way to achieve the best results. The locker rooms/bathroom facility could be improved (no hand soap in female bathrooms, stalls are tight, etc) but its a NYC school so..... Camp Olympia and Rhonda get my vote

Today we finished a semester in their Prospect Heights location for Water Angels classes which are for 6 to 20 months olds. The water always was so cold. Only one time it was a good temp but babies were shivering and crying in the rest of classes. I even regret using those few times because two time (including today) my baby got a cold. Baby swimming water temperature should be 85 to 87 degree.

Great program for all ages and levels, great staff, fast results. Geared towards individual needs of all students. All facilities are very nice. Family swim on the weekend is highly recommended and super fun. My kids always leave the pool with a sense of accomplishment and a smile following there classes.

Affordable and fun. Great atmosphere for new beginners and classes available for infants.
