Very poor banking system especially with the ATM and a bunch of ignorant security officers.

Formally Diamond Bank but merged with access bank plc and now a branch of Access bank plc. They have good customer service and you will a quick service here. The staffs are courteous and polite, ready to assist. The ATM production takes three days which is not too good, I think that should change now that they've merged with Access bank because Access bank production of ATM is instant. The parking space is adequate. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. Of course there is no marked place for accessible parking.
Large parking space but hall is not quite big enough to accomodate all customers without rubbing shoulders on a busy day. Service is just ok. For western union transactions however, i suggest you use a different branch
This branch of Diamond bank turned Access bank now has poor service and the banking hall is always rowdy due to this...everytime of the working day. Their ATM is quite ok hence the 3stars rating
