Formally Diamond Bank but merged with access bank plc and now a branch of Access bank Plc. Great ambience. They have good customer service and you will a quick service here. The staffs, the security guards are courteous and polite, ready to assist. ATM production takes three days which is not too good, I think that this practice should change now that they've merged with Access bank because Access bank production of ATM is instant. The parking space is large enough. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. Of course there is no marked place for accessible parking. They have quick loans and they support Small businesses.

Like every other banks.. Delay is their hallmark.. You can walk into this bank and spend almost the whole of the day trying to do only one transaction. Staff although are always trying to help. The waiting area is also very small. Most times the queue will bend in almost 5 folds just cos of the small space
