I had been a patient at Medical M from 1985 until they closed. I had a choice of a few different places to choose from and chose Lafayette. I was on once a week before I had to change clinics and they honored my pick up schedule from day one. The hours are good, from 7am til 3pm Mon-Fri and I believe they are open on Saturday until noon. The nurses are always nice and also the security guards. The counselors are helpful and as long as you follow the rules will do their best to work with you to make sure you are able to get your days reduced as needed when the time comes. I don't have anything bad to say about this clinic only good experiences.

All the other reviews, used to be true. This WAS the best MMTP in the city, but ever since January 2019, it's a whole different ball game. None of the original staff the other reviewers are speaking of work here anymore, I've had 10 counselors in the 6 years I've been here. Only 2 staff members are still here since I started in 2013. All the rest are new. I used to love this place, now I dread coming here. It's a shame because otherwise it's a great program and I've been on a few.

The staff,nurses doctor,counselors and security are wonderful.Im so happy I transferred back here.A place where they care,greet you with a smile.They go above and beyond.Im very happy.Id give them 10 stars if I could.
Hands down worst clinic ever.....alwaya a?line....ppl selling drugs online and outside on corner ..i was physically attacked by another client and yet somehow im the one that gets kicked out...legally they were to either detox me or switch me into a did clinic..did neither...i went from 135 to 0 that day and ended up in hospital after 3 days....NEVER COME HERE...so many other options...andddd near by...u got mount sanai on delancy and essex st...and a few others..so no need to make same mistake i did...never c a counselor....always a hold on u...always something
