Jordan is fantastic! He returned all my phone calls and emails promptly and his customer service is impeccable. He walked me through the repairs to my DuPray steamer over the phone and by email. I bought our machine to Jordan because we were having problems with no vapeur coming out of the steam machine. We tried everything, but nothing worked. We were on the market to purchase a new one. I found Vapmec on Market Place on Facebook and sent Jordan a message. Within 4 days our Steam Machine was fixed save a Ton of money and the machine works better than when we first bought it.
