A YOUNG LADY NAMED KATRINA WHO WORKS IN THIS LOCATION IS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. ALSO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT OR SPEAK TO PATIENTS WHEN DEALING WITH THEM MANY PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE REGARDING HER ACTIONS IT IS RIDICULOUS ! IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT. YOU DO NOT TREAT OR SPEAK TO PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE ANIMALS. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW SHE HAS MADE IT THIS FAR. I HOPE ACTIONS ARE TAKEN MOVING FORWARD. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE NO STAR RATING AT ALL.

Limited seating spaces, only one person at the desk also the same one that performs the test. Appointment only, they don’t take walks in. As soon you walk in don’t go to the window go straight to the check in express machine. It’s fell like there no air in here. The only good thing about coming to this place. Is that you may find parking around the blocks. And also the charge more money. 26 dollars for drug test At tlc here 36.00

The receptionist is very rude to the clients when they ask for assistance for the labcorp express kiosk. Just because they have an accent or they are TLC/Uber drivers, they should not be subjected to such behavior. The receptionist was very rude and very sarcastic when assisting clients. Very unprofessional and repulsive really. I will not be returning to this location. I would much rather drive additional 10 miles than have to deal with them again. Stay away!
Really bad and slow service !! People work here with dog faces like they're working without getting paid...really rude and with no manners.
After reading all the bad reviews I decided to give this lab a go to to experience it for myself. My wait time was because I had to wait for my lab order to be emailed. Once the lab order was recieved I was called in and was out in less the 5 mins. The staff was very nice and helpful to me. I will definitely be going back there.
Been there three times still failed to take the test Very disrespectful stuff and unprofessional No value of your time and patience Just because most of the people go there for a drug test are uber or taxi drivers and they have an accent, the representatives treat them so bad This such place shouldn’t exist
Haven’t even been there yet and I’m giving this place 1 stars the receptionist there is so rude!! I call to ask a question they have the worst attitude while I’m being polite , I called later in the day, attitude was WORSE.
