Airy cruise terminal with a green roof that can accommodate today's mega ships. Only wish there was a direct train into downtown Copenhagen. The waiting area is clean as are the immaculate washrooms. Efficient embarkation and disembarkation procedures.

Easy access. Much better than others we've been to in Europe. Drive right up to the ship!
We arrived at Oceabkaj Terminal 3 and everything went swiftly from our arrival to our boarding of the cruise ship. Staff there were friendly and professional. Luggage was checked in without delay and with a few minutes wait that included some pictures we were aboard.
Excellent and efficient in handling cruise passengers. 6 ships were in and all ran smoothly
Honestly, it's far from the downtown. Love the design!
