I was here on Saturday to study and it was very noisy. Downstairs they were a bunch of guys laughing and talking loudly and upstairs they were some people who were talking on phones. What this library is missing is a good sound isolation to separate the upstairs (study and bookshelves) and downstairs (citizen office and reading space). Unfortunately, there is not any silence sign in this area at all, and if people don't have common sense or they do not follow your request on being silent, it is not a suitable place to study!

It's a lovely little library on the side of Holmbladsgade (inside the Kvarterhuset) where there is borgerservice as well and a small cafe. This library is small, but it's cozy (or as the Danes say hyggeligt). There's manned section downstairs and a self-service station, but the ground floor is just for reserved materials and some library computers to use while the books are upstairs. Although this library doesn't have so many books, they belong to the network of Copenhagen/Denmark libraries, which means that you could reserve your book from any library in Denmark and pick your book here for your convenience.

Min mand havde verdens dårligste oplevelse i går. En dame ved skranken i biblioteket var ufattelig uforskammet. Han bad blot om en underskrift på, at jeg levede. Det har jeg tidligere fået uden bestilling, men hun var ubehøvlet og ikke til at tale fornuftigt med. Jeg troede, at personalet var til for at hjælpe.

Det tog over et 1/2 år før de på opfordring fandt ud af at min fornyelsel af kørekort ikke var sendt? Derudover 1/2 år før det kom tilbage Der har sneget sig total inkompentente personaler ind , Desværre for dem der kan deres ting️
