This apartment is not built as well as you might think. Ukrainian people are in love with aesthetics, so what matters is that it must look good from the outside. I thought in the beginning that the bricks were actual bricks like my house in Canada. You know, the solid stuff. It's just tiles made to look like bricks which are already falling off! There is no way to get the main road by car to Pravdy Avenue unless you're a brave Marshrutka Driver, and a brave soul. They will plow through anything. They didn't build any exterior roads because it seems like another builder, (PERFECT GROUP), owns the land, and decided like the Don of New York who or what goes there. You will see Babushkas protest everyday about the land near because there use to be a field of trees which is now destroyed. It's a sad shame, but this is development for you... This area is the land of kolkhoz (Babushka big garden). There is a Novus near-by and a few shops. One shop I would call \ZAKUS\ which is usually for men who love their beer go here. Just be sure to come out with taranka (type of fish for beer), and not tarakan (cockroach). There is a playground, but kids are very nosiy. The playground is too close to the apartment. It sounds like Jumanji in the middle of the day. I like the apartment! Sorry to write in English, I can write better than in Surzhyk .

Чудовий район, доступні нові дитячі площадки, є де припаркувати авто, супермаркети в 5ти хвилинах ходьби, і великий плюс-будуть метро
Отличный ЖК. Перспективный. С построением метро решится транспортная развязка. Мне нравится. Рекомендую.
Якщо приїхали на власному авто припаркуватись можливо тільки якщо пощастить)
Красивый ,новый жилой комплекс, мало парковочных мест, а так все супер!!
Дуже гарно, що рух йде по колу в одну сторону. Зручно проїхати, зручно паруватись, зручно виїхати.
