After few years, I left them since I felt they didn't want me. For me, customer service is common sense. If they don't want my business, as indicated by lack of common sense, and I am out. No customer wants to feel like they are talking to a rock when you pay thousands of dollars each year to get a policy.

Time to change..been with this company for 15 plus years..quality of.service has gone down rapidly.. Got married.and switched auto and saved.a.tremendous. amount of money...gave us a.nasty note.saying.they werent.going to renew our home owners insurance when my wife was in the hospital and they didnt. Seem to care.. Didnt allow us time to get.the necessayrepairs done on the roof...nota happy camper...
