New home owner and first time having to call someone for heating maintenance. Dan showed up and did an excellent job, talked me through everything, and made some professional suggestions for upkeep. Thank you so much!

After it was serviced. It start making disturbing noise and vibrations. Wife reported this issue to your office and a technician came over to check and did an assessment then she received an email with estimate cost of possible motor issue/ labor etc. between 500.-700. We originally only need it to be cleaned up. And then this noises occurred after. I was just so busy to take a look at it but when i found out that this will cost us big money I investigated this issue myself. I am a heavy equipment mechanic anyways so i pulled out the fan/motor tray and i found out that out of 4 rubber groomets there is only 3 in place yet the 3rd was placed upside down. I went to home Depot to buy 5. Rubber grommet and made it work. I replaced all 4 and now it doesn't bmake any disturbing sound and vibration anymore. I am so disappointed with the service your guys did. And really? Dismantle tepair of the motor?. Fyi. Jonathan
