Wow!! The service technician came to our home to install a mechanism for our sliding door. He saw that there were parts remaining on the door from a previous owner and a different manufacturer. He said it would be less expensive to call the competitor and have them install the missing pieces. Who does that?!? That is integrity. I am so impressed. My interactions with this company were positive. I had quick responses to my inquiries and the price seemed fair. Thank you for your time, honesty, and speedy service.

Ben is AMAZING! Was willing to communicate via text (I love) willing to review the job via pictured prior to (I also love) affordable service call that rolls into the final bill. (Also love) He showed up on time. Told me price and problem in a matter of minutes. Had it fixed in less than 30 mins with matching part color and every thing! My self closing door right next to my pool self closes again!!! It even has a 2 year warranty!
