We just switched to Klebe Fuel for our propane service. Recently, I discovered our former supplier of 20 years was not adjusting our pricing to reflect current market rates. Our fault perhaps but you would think someone would point that out. I got a very small credit and they got a service discontinuation notice.. But this note is about Klebe. This company is fantastic. The transfer of service was done promptly including three new outdoor tanks. What I like most is their communication. It is easy too reach someone and that person resolves issues. Additionally, I was able to get to know Matt Klebe and several of his team. Not only do they supply propane but also are quite skilled in servicing the equipment in our home.. The interaction with them is top level stuff.

Excellent service, from a old fashioned business model, where every customer is treated like a king. I only wish I had their plumbers, installers, propane and oil delivery for the last 20 years. I used a well know company in Bantam that became worse as their prices increased!
