After having a horrible experience with another big espresso company, I contacted Rocket USA and they recommended KL5 Coffee to service my Giotto espresso machine. Such a delight to work with Michael. He answered promptly, I dropped off my machine on Thursday and he had it ready and fixed by Saturday. Great service, I will definitely will call him again for all my service needs on my espresso machine .

I brought my Faema espresso machine to Michael after it stopped working and he did a brilliant job fixing everything in super quick time. He communicated me with each step of the way and was very professional along with being highly knowledgeable about espresso machines. Highly recommend KL5 coffee for anybody needing maintenance work or who is looking to purchase a high quality machine.
Michael at KL5 is amazing. When I bought my Linea Mini (from another retailer, which I regret) I called La Marzocco and asked if they recommended anyone in New York for installation and maintenance. They said “Oh, if you’re in New York, you’re in luck, because you can call Michael Bewley at KL5, and he’s great”. I am *SO* glad I listened, because they were 100% correct. Michael unpacked and plumbed-in our espresso machine, and he does annual maintenance on it. I’ve also bought a couple of grinders and accessories from him. Michael is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful on everything he repairs and/or sells. In addition to providing great customer service, he always manages to teach me something new every time we talk. Do yourself a favor - if you have a home espresso machine in New York, get Michael at KL5 to help you with it.
Michael is extremely diligent and knowledgeable about commercial and prosumer home coffee equipment - he took the time to answer my questions that were fairly targeted as I'm an avid hobbyist. He is so passionate about coffee, all our interactions were a joy. He is responsive and clear in communications, and extremely diligent with great attention to various aspects of the equipment and questions from his customers. As someone who has been dabbling with Espresso for 5 years, I can say Michael is not only expert at all things espresso, machine maintenance, function, mods, and repairs, the minutiae of various functionalities and their effects, but also has a great pulse on the community and where the culture is heading. 3rd Wave shops and establishments that are serious about staying with the times should consider his service and counsel. Above all, he is just a pleasure to work with!
