Started swimming lessons for my daughter here. The facility is really clean, has ample parking and great staff. Covid procedures are very well thought out and distancing is done well for different classes coming in.

This is a great pool for family swim normally, and our recent experiences have mostly been great: covid restrictions have meant that there were up to four family groups, and each group kept to its own area of the pool, which worked really well with all the walled off sections. However, we were there this weekend (December 19th) and it was really uncomfortable. They haven't handled winter outerwear in a way that allowed us to keep our distance from other families, and there are no employees or even signs to help with any guidance: one coat rack (hangers sectioned off) and two boot mats next to each other. We got too close to families who were still coming in when we were on our way out even! They also seem to have increased the number of families from four to five, and one of the families was quite a big group. I'm pretty sure the maximum family group size was only four earlier in the fall, but it's now eight. The result was that the pool felt much more crowded than it has previously. I don't think we'll go to family swim again until we've been vaccinated, it made me feel unsafe.

Pool is pretty nice, the chlorine level is high though. Dries my skin right out

Has every thing you need for small children play and swims But no diving planks. :(( Staff is nice and helpful, clean pool, parking is easy, only wish kitchener would get steam rooms. \ Real steam rooms

It was perfect today! Usually I find it too hot for lane swimming. It was \Goldilocks\ temperature; not too hot, not too cold. My lapmate and I were chatting about how much we liked it. The guards are friendly and conscientious of your safety.
