Pretty poorly run. They showed us a 5BR unit that looked pretty decent and we decided to take it. However, they did not respond to my emails for over a week before telling me the unit was not available. This is extremely unprofessional considering I had cancelled other viewings based on their word.

Would give zero stars if I could. Where do I begin... impossible to get anyone to reply to your emails/calls. They've unlocked the door and walked into the apartment WITHOUT ANY NOTICE on many occasions. They will also hand off keys to contractors to do the same thing. The maintenance person will blame YOU for anything he needs to fix, as if the building isn't falling apart already due to lack of maintenance. If you ask them for furniture, don't expect it any time soon. But when money is involved, they'll be sure to ask you for it right away. Even when you've ALREADY PAID THEM. Don't live here. Save yourself the inconveniences.
Very bad management. Not friendly and always trying to threaten tenants with legal notices. And not to forget the random walk in’s unannounced without knocking on the doors!
its essentially a father-son scam operation. stay away
Good luck contacting them if not to give them money. The office voicemail box will be full and the emails you send will sit in their inbox unless they need something from you.
