Everyone was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Jessica who answered my call and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. Dr. Brown was very informative, and caring, while answering my questions and providing me with a summary of her observation for my puppy Bruno. Thank you all, the experience has been amazing so far.

First visit, love!!! Everyone including was super nice, understanding and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away from the crowded clinics that don't have the time for your pet because they have too many clients.
Yes to all of the above. I have been very happy with the doctors and staff at this hospital. They have always given thoughtful and caring treatment to my pets, as well as myself.
Best vet! Defiantly recommend, Just moved to kitchener and I am so glad I found close veterinary clinic for my kitten. They go above and beyond and if something is not super important or not really needed they ask you if you would like to go ahead or not and they are reasonably priced!
