I would highly recommend the vets they were kind, caring and thoughtful when caring for my cat through a difficult time.

I was devastated when I had to take my best friend Rusty (a Golden Retriever) to be put out of his pain at Woodlands. It was a Saturday morning, so even getting access to a vet might have been a problem, and I feared that the Covid-19 Social Distancing Rules would mean we would be excluded from being allowed to cuddle him and whisper in his ear while he drifted off to sleep. The thought of him leaving the world without his mum or dad being close was too much to bear. But I need not have worried. The lovely Olivia Crowe (Liv) reassured us that the practice had devised a technique which would enable one of us to hug him as he went while still maintaining a safe distance between her, the nurse, and me. This is not the place to set out the details. All I will say is that Liv and the nurse were wonderful, very professional, and compassionate. They timed everything perfectly, so that Rusty had the best exit from the world that anyone could hope for. And we all stayed safe. Well done Liv.
All if the staff here and friendly and welcoming and since lockdown, they've been extremely Good at adapting to remain safe and socially distant.
