I cannot say enough good things about Kirks Auto Care in Livonia. What a wonderful experience from the start! They were friendly, informed me of all costs before doing any work. They even walked me through all the work needed, showing me onsite what and why the work was necessary. On top of that, they even showed me what didn’t need done that the dealership was trying to tell me I needed!!! Professional, honest, and great work! I love this little shop. They treat me like I'm their long lost cousin who they cherish. Today, they've ordered new tires for my car and are putting on my spare in the meantime. I love that I can just trust their prices. No need to spend hours calling around asking what other places will charge because Kirk's always gives me the fairest price and the best service. Free loaner cars, follow up emails, and an appreciation for my total lack of interest in all things car related. This place has my \single lady\ stamp of approval.

Took my 2015 Chevy Silverado in for a diagnostic to determine cause of random misfire issues I’ve been having (after taking truck to 2 different other mechanics including dealership who couldn’t determine or resolve issue). The tech was very knowledgeable, and was able to resolve issue quickly performing a manual intake valve cleaning to remove all the excessive carbon buildup. They also performed an induction service. My truck runs like new. The price was very fair & affordable. The staff was professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend using them. Great experience

I called in the morning and they were able to work on my truck that same day. When I arrived everyone was very polite and interacting with customers (you don’t see that much these days) they said it would take one hour and it was actually done much quicker. Definitely recommending to friends and family!

Awesome customer service and great mechanics. Really got that local, small business feeling when I walked in. They fixed my sunroof, brakes and a few other miscellaneous problems, which have been working great since, in a single day. Chris was super polite, friendly, and walked me through every step of the way and contacted me personally. Will definitely be back if I get car troubles in the future. EDIT: I forgot to mention that when I had to drop off my car they paid for an Uber to take me home!
