Had a carpet laid on December 12th 2019 am disappointed with the amount of pile collected by the vacuum cleaner Vacuum cleaner has to be emptied after hoovering each room I am using a traditional upright Dyson vacuum cleaner

Excellent place, watched how the carpets were made from the wool yarn all the way through to the rolling and packaging, recycles own waste and the quality of the carpets are superb
