Doug is a top guy to deal with, very knowledgeable and down to earth. Explained the process to me, the use of glass beads etc. and was very good at replying to my emails. Glad to see that you can still drive to an industrial estate and meet someone who knows his work and has the experience to back it up. My radiators were very worse for wear, and now look brand new, getting the same end product from a cast iron specialist would be well out of my budget so I couldn't be happier. Even helped me load up the van himself. Will not hesitate to use again

I’m currently restoring an old VW van and thought I’d save myself some time and energy by getting the wheels professionally done. After speaking to the guys here, they advised not to go the powder coating route, but that they could blast and wet prime the wheels for 30 each. I went with their suggestion, quite happy to do painting myself, it’s just time consuming and I had bigger fish (gearbox replacement) to fry. After about a month, they let me know my wheels were done. I picked them up (cash only, which wasn’t clear to start with, only told that prior to picking up, should have been a red flag). I’m not sure what wet prime means to these guys, but it sure as hell doesn’t include fill priming. Old wheels I know, but when I got them home, I wacked a couple of coats of fill primer on, pits from the blasting gone (waste of money number 1). They only primed in grey, I was painting the wheels white, so a couple of coats of white primer goes on too (waste of money number 2). Anyway, I’m getting pretty happy with the wheels (baring in mind, I haven’t yet started the top coat), and I think they’ll be good once I start painting, after I get back from holiday. I come home after 2 weeks, and the wheels have got rust tracing up the rim from the gap between the face and the rim of the wheels (these were dry stored in my shed). After digging around with a sharp screwdriver, I find that they have very cleverly not cleaned out the sand from blasting, and then painted over said sand with a lot of primer. I’ve now had to get this all out and practically start again (waste of money number 3). What started as a nice (expensive) way of reducing work load for what I hoped would be a professional job, has turned into more work, more money, more frustration. I would recommend that anyone considering using Keynsham Coatings for this sort of work, would be better suited by putting 120 on the floor and burning it. Same cost, less work.

Decent company, always turns around in a realistic timeframe and at a good price. Never had a problem with the work or service and we've been using Keynsham powder coating regularly for about 3 years now.
