My daughter and I went to our first Ariel yoga class. Kelly took the time to Mae us feel welcome and comfortable with the silks. She ensured we were safe during the class and had a good time. Kids are not welcome in all classes so call ahead.

Kelly is such an awesome instructor ! She really breaks everything down so you can understand. Her moves are amazing ! Came in for class today and left super excited that I learned a new trick and also a different way to get into an old trick ! Can’t wait for next class!
