Absolutely love Ryze Dundee. My kids are under 6, so we take them on a Saturday morning 10am to 11am session and it's perfect. The session is the perfect length and all kids under 6. The only thing I find hard is not to bounce myself (i.e. being an adult but big kid at heart).

Excellent for the kids, gets them off they games consoles my wee man loved it cafe area was spotless when we were in also the toilets were clean too .Was able to have a chin wag with the owner too a wee west coast guy really nice bloke would highly recommend this for anyone.

It would be beneficial to let customers know before booking what attractions/areas are closed due to restrictions. Also that your session is shorter than 1 hr since you are being let in earliest 10:05 and have to leave 10:55. No problem with new rules - they are here for everybody's safety, however make customer aware of them before they come in.

I have 3 children all of different ages and because my boys are under 5 and my daughter is over 5 its not possible to take them all at the same time. I think under 5s should be allowed in the family jump session if the parents agree to take full responsibility for them. Should this one issue be fixed we would be regular customers

Kids bounce was fine for the 2hrs scheme! Unfortunately the Bouncersize was really disappointing tonight which is normally good fun. The teacher wasnt miked up so was very hard to hear which didn't help when lying down as in didnt know when we were finished. Unfortunately while trying to exercise the kids were constantly being told to stay off the trampolines where the class was being carried out so I was bouncing with children bouncing all over the place which could've caused a serious accident. Staff members were continuing to tell the children but they weren't listening. The area should be child free when the class is on. I'll not be back until its safer unfortunately.
