So I have work for Kern Steel for a little while now and I can say by far this is the best place I have ever worked at all the way from (Tom the owner) all the way down to the newest employee everyone has been treated equally the work environment has been safe and everyone has a great deal of respect for each other When I got there I went in as a welder's helper but they sat me down and asked me a few questions and noticed that I know a little bit about machines so therefore they trained me on two different kinds of machines and I became a machine operator running a laser and running a drill saw the learning processes was a great experience as well the people that train you are great at what they do I recommend KSF to anyone who wants to get experience in metal work or machine operations
